UIRA UPDATE NO 21. Wonderful to back at the shed after a winter away! UIRA is looking amazing and Team UIRA have been very busy! Deck has had it's first sanding with the toe rails painted, capping added and shaped! ( Just the stern piece of teak to be added) Hull fairing and splining have begun with all the arm and shoulder pain that is involved. Jeremy has been making the mould for the bow fitting that will sent to the foundry be cast in bronze. Matt has begun mocking up the centre hatch making sure it sits nicely with the sheerline.
